With HomeCU ESP, your core system will spool a separate statement file for those members who opt out of paper statements. The file is then uploaded to the HomeCU system and available to your members in PDF (Adobe Acrobat) format. The statements look just your regular statements, and are completely secure because they’re protected by HomeCU’s password authentication process.

The credit union meets the regulatory requirements of providing a statement, but saves the expense of printing and mailing. In addition, because the past two years’ worth of statements are available online, ESP results in fewer calls and requests for statement reprints, saving even more time and money.
